Movement is life. Being sedentary ages us all.

I know we’ve all been inside and have slowed down our lives considerably. Pivotal Pilates is like your home away from home studio. Our community is conscientious, safe and considerate. We wear masks, use gloves and constantly clean our equipment. Come in for privates or semi-private with a friend. We boost 22 equipment / floor classes weekly with not more than 5-6 people in each class. We know our clients and they are grateful for the normalcy we provide. New Night Time Classes Added!

THURSDAYS 5:45pm

Mat Pilates is a great way stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. The Pilates Mat series of exercise is performed equipment-free, with the moves adapted to work with just your body weight, a mat for cushioning and support and your energy! (Bring your own mat or use one of ours) 

We will go through much of the classical Pilates Mat repertoire with modifications throughout.

MONDAY + WED. 6:30PM

This Signature Equipment based Reformer circuit class is a total body and totally fun workout. Students begin warming up with Barre work and upper body TRX training and head over to the Reformers for some leg strengthening and lengthening. Of course you stretch throughout the class and leave feeling uber refreshed and worked. Come try this Signature class with us! You’ll love it!

Pilates Tower - Longevity

TUESDAY 5:30PM

This Open Level Reformer class is for advanced beginners and intermediate students. Delving into balance, breath & control, while keeping a pace, requires stamina and concentration.


We use the Reformer and other apparatus.

September is here and we’re ready! Are you?It’s been a long summer and an even longer quarantine.I know it’s scary to come out and experiment with what is going on. I don’t blame you. However, if we take the precautions necessary it is important to keep our strength and stamina up, especially during this peculiar time.

Join us and keep moving, safely.

Group Equipment Limited to 5

You’ll love what we have in going on at Pivotal. All equipment based classes are spaced appropriately and wiped down constantly. We have an awesome line up of classes both day and evening. Check out our schedule below!

We have Reformer Towels if you feel the need to have your own towel and masks available upon request.

We need to move, stay strong and healthy. Fighting off foreign agents, bugs and viruses comes from a strong immune system. A healthy respiratory and muscular system matters. We’ve limited the amount of people who come inside our spacious studio to 8 at any given time, well below our capacity. We honor the CDC guidelines for social distancing, sanitizing, mask protection and washing down surfaces.


Private Instruction

There is plenty of time and space for private instruction. Using state-of-the-art Pilates machines you will be guided through a 55-minute private training session tailored to your body and fitness level. You will LOVE what Pilates does for your body. Schedule a private or duet session today!

We’re Back!

WE’RE BACK!!

We’re OPEN for small group classes! Just in time to escape from this summers scorching heat. We are open to 25% capacity which means we can have at least 4 people in the equipment studio at any given time & up to 6 in the floor space next store. We have two rooms which can operate independently with different entrances. Students can enter into suite 205 for floor classes and 206 for group equipment. This way we can avoid congestion and keep everyone safe. Our large, clean and well spaced studio can easily house 4-5 people in each room while maintaining social distancing protocol.

Here’s what to expect..

NEW PROTOCOL FOR STUDIO SAFETY

  • TEMPERATURE CHECK: We will check your temperature when entering the studio and ask a few questions. Please wait in the designated areas until you’ve checked in. If you prefer to wait outside we have a small bench outside the door.
  • GEL HANDS: upon entering the waiting area please use hand sanitizer.
  • SUTIE 206: ONE WAY: Enter through the front door and if you need to wait please wait in area behind desk. Exit in front of desk to avoid congestion.
  • SUITE 205: For floor classes please enter and exit from suite 205. There is a waiting area in between the 2 suites
  • SOCIAL DISTANCE: Reformers and all equipment is spaced 6-10 feet apart. In floor room all mats are 6+ft. apart.
  • MINIMALISM: Please bring as few belongings as possible into the studio and provide your own water. 
  • CLEAN YOUR EQUIPMENT:  Disposable disinfecting wipes are provided for clients to clean their equipment after each use.
  • MASKS REQUIRED TO ENTER: Masks must be worn until you reach your mat or machine. Please provide your own. (although we always have them :).
  • CLEAN SOCKS REQUIRED: Non-slip grip socks required on all apparatus. (Available for purchase in studio-no outside shoes allowed in the studio accept cubbies upon arrival)
  • PURCHASE PRIVATE MAT: It’s a huge investment in your health, $78 per 1 reformer non-slip grip towel recommended. (Available for purchase in studio)
  • DAILY CLEANING: Door handles and all surfaces are disinfected twice daily, equipment deep cleaned and floors mopped regularly.

REFORMER STRENGTH & STABILITY FOR 3

This YUR BACK group Reformer class is designed for the person who has osteoporosis, disc herniations, SI joint problems or even degenerative disc. The idea behind this class is to offer a series of exercises that stabilize the lumbo-pelvic region while loading the pelvis using springs and pulleys on our state-of-the-art Reformers. This is an open level class.
