Pilates is wonderful for every body of every age. We’ve found that ANY BODY, regardless of age or existing fitness ability, can really benefit from a Pilates practice. Balance, strength, flexibility, focus, and your breath are all areas you will notice improvements in.
Whether you choose to enjoy classes on the reformer or on the floor/mat, we pride ourselves on a workout that is pleasant, yet challenging enough to be right for you at any age.
The best part!? Every exercise can and will be modified to meet you where your body is that day!
Looking for Private, Personalized Sessions?
A one-on-one session with one certified instructor and one client, focusing on the Pilates apparatus as well as incorporating classical Pilates mat work into the sessions. This session is highly recommended for first time clients. This is a great way to become familiar with the terminology and movement of classical Pilates.
Our prenatal or pregnancy Pilates reformer class is taught with the use of small equipment and reformers. We will use balls, rollers and bands to assist make the Pilates exercises harder or easier depending on the stage of your pregnancy or simply your energy levels that day. There’s an option for all abilities and journeys, really!
Regardless of your current level of exercise or experience with reformer, this class prepares you physically, mentally and emotionally to enjoy your pregnancy and the journey ahead with these benefits and more:
