Barre, Pilates Mat, TRX & Define Classes
Our mat Pilates/TRX/floor based classes offer low-impact, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance focused exercises that improve your overall flexibility, body alignment and core strength. Make use of different positions and movements with your body weight and props that aid to a challenging yet safe workout to sculpt your body and improve your every day movements. Refine your posture, work your stabilizer muscles, and help protect the body from injury with these grounded or fusion style classes.
A one-on-one session with one certified instructor and one client, focusing on the Pilates apparatus as well as incorporating classical Pilates mat work into the sessions. This session is highly recommended for first time clients. This is a great way to become familiar with the terminology and movement of classical Pilates.
Our prenatal or pregnancy Pilates reformer class is taught with the use of small equipment and reformers. We will use balls, rollers and bands to assist make the Pilates exercises harder or easier depending on the stage of your pregnancy or simply your energy levels that day. There’s an option for all abilities and journeys, really!
